Opulence Notary & Signing, LLC provides mobile notary services, including notarizations, document certifications, I-9 verification, apostille services, marriage solemnization, and other related services. 3. Appointments and Cancellations. Appointments can be scheduled through our website, email, or phone. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Payments. All fees are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments via cash, credit card, Zelle, and other electronic payment methods. Non-payment may result in the withholding of completed documents.

5. Limitations of Liability. Opulence Notary & Signing, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Notarization only verifies the identity of the signer and the willingness of the signer to sign, not the accuracy, legality, or authenticity of the document’s content.

6. Intellectual Property Rights. All content, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Opulence Notary & Signing, LLC and is protected under copyright law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
